Actually the app works quite well, the problem is the shop. It should be add on the app the real time localisations for the food and, the feed back stars after each delivery and a contact to complain if necessary. Is the basic for a real customer service

Total disaster

The app collects your order, confirms it and does not send it to the restaurant; once you call them with the tracking number they have done nothing and have no access to the information.

We often choose other restaurants to avoid this terrible app

We do use it- but curse it every time. Even if it’s not bilingual, it is so user UNFRIENDLY, hard to read, has needless, confusing steps, that it looks like an app developed in the early days of app development when there was not as much research available about the end-user experience. I get that they want to have the Sushi Shop all-black branding- but it’s difficult to read on a mobile app and a good graphic designer could have incorporated that into something with better readability. There is no way of canceling the order either. Once we got back to Paris from London, I had a hungry child and we ordered at about 9:47pm. The place closest to us closes at 10:30. I got a confirmation. I did not look at it till 10:30, and it said the order would be delivered at 11:45- that was very late and by this time I was too tired to go out walking to buy food so we waited. We gave up at around midnight and went to sleep hungry on a protein bar, and a leftover sandwich. The next morning, the order arrives at 11:45 AM!!! I could not even IMAGINE that the order was bumped to the next day, and the email notification I saw later meant 11:45 am not pm, that o assumed it meant the same night- maybe because of football or something the deliveries were running late. Ridiculous! When people order in, its because they are sick or tired. Make it easier to do so. I am sick and tired- of this app!

Et la Belgique ?

Ne propose pas les shops de Belgique dans l'appli alors qu'elle m'a ete proposee au telechargement sur Facebook et que je vis en Belgique. Bravo l'agence qui achète les fbads!
